Winnie was born in Hong Kong. She immigrated to Vancouver in 1990. She is fluent in spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin.
Winnie strives to solve problems in an efficient manner. She is dedicated in helping people.
Winnie is passionate about volunteering and fundraising for the BC Children’s Hospital and other philanthropic endeavors.
